Kent Humphreys has been a leader in the marketplace for nearly forty years.

While owning and operating a nationwide general merchandise distribution firm, he worked with the nation’s largest retailers.  After selling the family business in 1997, Kent continued to be involved in real estate, manufacturing, and medical distribution businesses. From 2002 through 2007, he was president of Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (also know as Christ@Work), an organization that equips and encourages Christian business owners, executives, and professionals who desire to use their companies as platforms for ministry. During Kent’s tenure the ministry expanded from three nations to putting small groups of business leaders into more than twenty nations.

For many years, Kent has spent much of this time ministering to business leaders and pastors across the country through speaking, writing, and mentoring.  He has spoken in more than twenty different seminaries in the U.S. and overseas.  He has served on the board of The Navigators, key seminaries, and local hospitals.

Kent and his wife of 42 years, Davidene, have three children and eight grandchildren, and reside in Oklahoma City.  They have authored several books together including Show and then Tell: Presenting the Gospel through Daily Encounters (Moody); Shepherding Horses: Understanding God’s Plan for Transforming Leaders.
